We were recently notified that one of your buyers filed a chargeback and asked the credit card issuer to reverse a payment made to you on 21 Aug 2008. The buyer claims that this purchase was made without authorization to use the credit card. We shipped to the adres given by Paypal so it is a mystery what I could have done to detect fraud in this case. I can not see the CC detais so I can not verify them, I can't even see that a credit card is being used in the first place. Paypal and Ebay talk a lot about fraud prevention but in this case the seller has, at least till today, not been blocked on ebay.
